SOME BIRTHDAYS DESERVE A BIGGER WEEKEND

A big birthday.
A whole place
to ourselves.

I'm turning forty. So, naturally, I'm hoping to gather some of my favourite people in a beautiful corner of Thailand.

Four nights for poolside catch-ups, long conversations and a celebration worth getting on a plane for. Bring your people. Leave a little room for doing absolutely nothing.

I'd love you there.Keaton

A NOTE FROM CHIANG MAI

NOT A HOTEL. OUR OWN LITTLE WORLD.

Meet
ChaChaMoon.

Two beautiful houses. Tropical gardens. A pool that might become your entire itinerary. The idea is to take over the whole ten-bedroom estate — just us, with space to spread out and places to come together.

A little room
for everyone.

The larger Lakeside House has six bedrooms. Garden House has four smaller rooms, including a compact room with two bunk beds.

Tell us what your household needs — family space, a room preference, accessibility considerations. We'll work through the room puzzle together once numbers are clearer.

Preferences aren't room allocations. Final suitability and capacity will be confirmed with the venue.Tell me your preferences

03 / A LOOSE SORT OF PLAN
LESS SCHEDULE. MORE SERENDIPITY.

Four nights.
Make them yours.

A little shape to the week, not a minute-by-minute itinerary. Everything below is an idea for now — we'll make the final plan together.

Turn up the birthday.

The idea: gather everyone for one proper forty-worthy celebration. The shape of the night is still ours to make.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good
questions.

More details will follow as the plan comes together. For now, here's what we know.

01Is it booked?

Not yet. These dates have been discussed with the venue, but ChaChaMoon is not booked or held. This is an early invitation to gather interest. Please wait for a clear booking confirmation before making non-refundable travel plans or sending any money.

02What does AUD $120 cover?

The proposed accommodation contribution is AUD $120 per person, per night — AUD $480 for all four nights, 10–13 June. Flights, transfers, meals, activities and personal expenses are separate. Any arrangements and final payment terms will be confirmed before money is collected. Children's pricing is not separately confirmed; the estimate currently uses the same per-person rate for every guest.

03Can we bring the family?

Absolutely — families are part of the idea. Tell Keaton the number of adults and children in your household, plus your room and accessibility preferences. There are ten bedrooms across the estate, including a compact bunk room. Final numbers, room allocations and suitability for each family will be confirmed together. We only ask for a child count, not children's names or dates of birth.

04How do we get there?

Plan for Chiang Mai, Thailand (airport code CNX). Flight routes, entry requirements and transfer arrangements depend on where you're coming from and will need to be checked closer to travel. A car or driver is not included or promised. Please don't book non-refundable travel until the stay is confirmed.

05What will June be like?

Think tropical and pack for warm days, pool time and possible rain. Bring light layers, sun protection, swimwear and a light rain jacket. We'll keep plans flexible rather than pretending we can schedule the weather.

06Do we need to stay all four nights?

Four nights would be lovely, but let us know what works. Select the nights you expect to stay in your RSVP. Your accommodation estimate updates as you go, and you can come back and change your response. Availability and final arrangements still need confirmation.

07Can I change my RSVP or unsubscribe?

Yes. Sign in again with the same household login and password to view and update your response. Keep them somewhere safe; automated email recovery is not connected yet. Update emails are optional and separate from your RSVP — switch them off here at any time. No update emails or SMS messages are being sent from this first version.

08Who sees my information?

Your response is private to you and the host. Dietary, allergy and accessibility notes are for planning, not a public guest list. Only share what is useful; avoid unnecessary medical detail. You can edit your response here, or ask Keaton to remove it.
